Phillip Jeffries is currently seeking a highly motivated Showroom Sales Representative to join our Sales team in our flagship showroom located in New York City. As a Rock Star Residential Showroom Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our residential sales within the New York Metro area. This position reports directly to the Showroom Manager, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned brand.

What you will be doing:
- Drive residential sales growth in the New York Metro area.
- Manage sales through existing Phillip Jeffries clients.
- Cultivate and expand clientele base by delivering engaging presentations to designers.
- Create comprehensive daily call reports using CRM system, and successfully close sales.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations in the showroom.
- Generate monthly reports summarizing showroom activities.
- Collaborate with clients on project shop jobs and provide necessary samples.
- Participate in networking events as agreed upon with the showroom manager.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Previous experience within the Interiors Industry is essential.
- Must be based in New York City or surrounding suburbs.
- Demonstrated history of being a top performer in a sales capacity.
- Possess an upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in converting leads into clients.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Customer-centric mentality and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Compensation Benefits:
- Current hourly compensation ranges from $31.25 to $39.50 based on interiors industry experience
- Generous Commission program with uncapped potential earnings
