JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Junior Sales & Marketing Associate’s role will include a wide variety of activities and responsibilities. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential as we are a small team and projects come up frequently that fall beyond the scope of our defined roles. The ideal candidate will be articulate, detail-oriented, customer service driven, and confident. This position is full time with a generous benefits and vacation package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with high level clients in a professional manner via email, telephone, and in person
- Own the order process from start to finish; networking, quoting, ordering, following up post sale
- Build relationships within the A&D community to build customer base & maximize sales
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Accurately perform all sales functions and maintain operational standards using Microsoft Business Central
- Manage social media content calendar, focusing on Instagram and email marketing
- Strategize with Marketing Manager to create digital marketing plan and run various marketing projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in the design industry preferred
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems and exhibit high level organization skills
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
- Excellent administrative and computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Business Central
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Instagram
COMPENSATION:
- $55-65k salary + commission based on experience.
