About the Role:

Chesneys USA is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative based in Texas to develop and own a currently underserved territory. This is a remote, 100% commission-based position with a guaranteed monthly draw for the first year, full benefits, and unlimited PTO.

The role includes a comprehensive onboarding week at our flagship New York City showroom and offers substantial earnings potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Texas region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders
  • Represent Chesneys at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Collaborate with our internal sales and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Track customer engagement, project activity, and pipeline in CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in luxury interior design, architectural products, or high-end construction
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a high-touch sales environment
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas regularly for client meetings and events
  • Existing network of designers, builders, and/or specifiers in Texas is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% commission-based role with 6% commission on all new revenue in the assigned territory
  • $5,000/month recoverable draw for the first 12 months
  • Commission split model in place for collaborative projects (e.g., 50% to closer, 50% to specifier team)
