Customer Registration and Release
With this release I agree that I have read and agree to the “Terms of Sale” presented to me by Design Professionals, LLC.
It is further understood that I am not presently working with or using the services of an interior decorator, interior designer or design professional.
I agree to accept responsibility for returning any memo samples that I borrow from showrooms to the D&D Building Management office within two weeks of borrowing them. If I do not return memo sample I accept responsibility for payment cost for their replacement.
